About Me

Hi, I’m Angela Uribe, a visual designer and full-stack developer originally from Colombia, now based in Canada.
My career has been shaped by curiosity, adaptability, and a passion for continuous learning.

Moving to a new country inspired me to embrace change and explore new creative paths. With a solid foundation in software development, I discovered a deep interest in graphic design and UX/UI, where technology and creativity come together to shape meaningful digital experiences.

“Design is where logic meets emotion — and that’s where the best ideas come to life.” — Angela Uribe

I completed formal studies in Graphic Design and UX/UI at Mohawk College, where I refined my skills in visual communication, user-centered design, and digital storytelling.

Beyond my professional journey, I’ve had the opportunity to volunteer with the City of Hamilton, contributing to community initiatives that promote inclusion and local engagement. This experience strengthened my belief in the power of design and technology to connect people and create positive impact.

Today, I combine both the analytical mindset of a developer and the creative vision of a designer to build clean, intuitive, and human-centered interfaces. If you’re looking for someone who designs with heart and builds with logic, I’d love to collaborate.
